Jonathan Solomon, Strategic Initiatives Engineer, joined Aspera, an IBM Company, in 2014 bringing more than 20 years system design, administration, and project management experience in Media and Entertainment. His vast experience in broadcast and IP allows him to routinely bridge the two worlds. Career highlights include the architecting the WWE OTT Network, dark fiber network design, and project design and management for several multi-million dollar broadcast facilities.

Over his twenty years of Broadcast Engineering experience, Jonathan has held a variety of roles with industry leaders, including Senior Engineering Project Manager at WWE, Inc, Director of Engineering for Mid-Atlantic Sports Network, and more than a decade as an Engineer-In-Charge on mobile production trucks. His travels as an EIC covered 45 of the 50 United States. Jonathan is a member of SMPTE and SBE, where he holds CSTE and CBNE certifications.
