Picture of Dana WilsonIn this role, Dana is responsible for developing, executing, and leading the Digital Operations strategy for the Peacock platform, ensuring that the highest levels of performance, availability, and reliability are met. Wilson partners with the business and technology teams to help create world-class digital capabilities at NBCU and strengthen its position as a digital leader in the media industry.

Dana Wilson joined Comcast in 2011 and has been instrumental in transforming the customer experience and held various roles of increasing leadership responsibility in the organization, most recently as Senior Vice President of Reliability Engineering leading reliability engineering product development, platform automation, and national datacenter operations, driving and improving all standards across Comcast. During her tenure, Wilson also led the delivery of Comcast’s Olympics experience for both the 2012 Summer and 2013 Winter games. In addition, she led the integration of the NBC Sports Live Extra Olympics app on X1, providing Xfinity customers with 1,000 hours of live streaming coverage of the Sochi Winter Games. The innovative experience was the first of its kind in the industry.

Wilson started her career at Comcast as Senior Director of Product Planning and Delivery for Comcast Interactive Media, where she managed execution of the Xfinity product roadmap for online and mobile entertainment.

Dana Wilson is a graduate of Drexel University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering. Dana obtained a Six Sigma Black Belt Certification which reflects her expertise in leading and executing complex initiatives across an organization, focused on driving high performance and customer centric transformation.
